Truden – until the railway line. Go on until Predaia-Molina – Cascata (waterfall) – Alenzada Alp – Doss di Laresi – Eurotel Cermis– and back (mid-June – mid-September with cable cars Doss dei Laresi until Eurotel, also downhill)

Truden – sports area – Pezzahof – Gschnon – Gfriller Sattel – Gfrill (rest facility) – lakes Schwarzsee and Weißensee – Trudner Hornspitz – Horn Alp (rest facility) – biotope – Peraschupf – Truden



Tour 3
Truden – Unterradein – Oberradein – Jochgrimm (rest facility) – Kugelspitze – San Lugano (rest facility) – Hemet – Runganöhof – Truden



Tour 4
Truden – Mühlen – Glen – old railway line Val di Fiemme – Montan – Obervill – follow the river Adige towards north – Kalditsch – Kaltenbrunn – S. Michele – Caldaro – circular route towards south - Kurtatsch – Egna – back to Truden




Tour 5
From Truden on the trail “Pichalaweg” to Rungganö, continue on the forest road “Rungganö” until the river of Truden, the right downhill to the turn-off. From there you go uphill on the left (Kaser forest road) until “Siebenstirn” and continue along the Gampen road. At the turn-off stay left and continue towards Goldbrunnen, from there to the Krabes Alp. Then on trail n. 9 in the direction “Masi”.

Truden – along the old railway line Pausahof – Kolditsch – Castle Enn – Montan – Pinzon – Egna (stop at the historical heart of the town) – along the bike path to Ora – Klughammer – Lake Caldaro – Monticolo – biotope of the Monticolo lakes – Lake Caldaro - back

Truden – old railway line Val di Fiemme – Montan – Obervill – follow the river Adige towards north – Ora – Laives - Bolzano - Oberau – Bauernkohlern – Schneiderwiesen – Wölflhof – Deutschnofen – Maria Weißenstein – Lahneralm – Blettermühle – Kaltenbrunn - Truden
