Terms of business – travel insuranceOn day of arrival your room will be available for occupation only from 2pm onwards and must be vacated by 09.30am at the latest on day of departure.Our hotel accepts payment as follows: in cash, by VISA, MASTER or EUROCARD. Your room reservation is only valid as shown in the hotel’s confirmation of reservation and after receipt of your deposit within the prescribed time limits. You are covered for any financial loss with our travel cancellation insurance.Should you arrive late for a hotel booking you have made or cannot come at all or have to leave early, cancellation fees, in accordance with EU regulations can be passed on to you. In order not to incur any charges in such circumstances, we recommend that you take out this travel insurance so that these charges will be paid for you by the Europäische Reiseversicherung. We therefore recommend to you:  Terms of cancellationIn the event of no travel insurance the following conditions for a cancellation are valid:1. Terms of cancellation in accordance with Art. 1382 of the civil code
In the event of late arrival, non-occupation of booked room for the agreed period and not cancelled or in the event of early departure, we charge the cost of the full period booked. 3. Group tours People travelling together are regarded as a unit by the agent or organisation arranging the travel and the hotel if they number 20, arrive and depart together and are billed as one group of travellers. At the very latest at least 31 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guests, the agent must let the hotel manager know in writing the number of guests. If a single member of a group or a whole group cancels less than 30 days before the agreed day of arrival, the cancellation conditions in point 2 above come into force. |
